【2. 订阅服务】
2.1 订阅类型
- 月订阅：按月自动续费
- 年订阅：按年自动续费，享受优惠
2.2 免费试用和限时免费
- 限时免费期间，所有功能免费使用
- 限时免费结束后，需订阅解锁高级功能
- 我们会提前通知限时免费结束时间
2.3 自动续费
- 订阅会自动续费，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时取消
- 续费费用将在当前订阅期结束前24小时内从您的 iTunes 账户扣除
- 您可以随时在 iPhone 设置 > Apple ID > 订阅中管理或取消订阅
2.4 退款
- 所有订阅购买由 Apple 处理
- 退款请求请联系 Apple 支持
- 我们无法直接处理退款

- 禁止反编译、破解或修改应用
- 禁止转售或分发应用内内容

- AI 背景由算法自动生成
- 生成内容仅供个人使用
- 我们不对 AI 生成内容的准确性或适用性做保证

应用内所有内容（音频、图像、代码）的知识产权归 Pulax 所有

音频素材已获得合法授权

用户上传的音频文件版权归用户所有，仅在本地存储

- AI-generated backgrounds
- Mix playback feature
- Smart timer and audio adjustment (subscription required)
- Apple Watch biometric monitoring (subscription required)

Some features require Pulax Pro subscription
【2. Subscription Service】
2.1 Subscription Types
- Monthly: Auto-renews monthly
- Yearly: Auto-renews yearly with discount
2.2 Free Trial & Limited Free Period
- All features are free during limited promotion period
- After promotion ends, subscription required for premium features
- We will notify you before the free period ends
2.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before current period ends
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before current period ends
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
2.4 Refunds
- All subscription purchases handled by Apple
- For refund requests, contact Apple Support
- We cannot process refunds directly
